Car buying experience I thought the gentleman who helped us test drive the car was very professional and great to work with. The lady I spoke with on the phone, AZ told us I thought the gentleman who helped us test drive the car was very professional and great to work with. The lady I spoke with on the phone, AZ told us the car was ready for us to test drive because we were driving a long way. However when we arrived she failed to call us to tell us it was already sold. This really made me mad because when we arrived I spoke with her again and she failed to tell me what happened personally. We never met her. Otherwise, the car buying at your dealership was good. I would have given a 5 star but I felt some discrimination when I was trying to ask an associate a question. I brought it up to the sales associate but I felt it was swept under the rug. Started the process speaking with AZ(?) on the phone. We agreed to drive down although it was already min afternoon. She said she’d send the car right then to get cleaned up. We arrived about 2 hours late agreed to drive down although it was already min afternoon. She said she’d send the car right then to get cleaned up. We arrived about 2 hours later. She was gone but Jimmy helped us. Test drive was fine. I didn’t enjoy your no negotiation strategy. Where is the fun in that. But we felt the price was good for us. The finance fellow was good, making the process quick. And you “driver” (young man) was exceptional. He waited with us an extra 40 minutes as we waited for the car to return from being washed down the street. Very pleasant and also knowledgeable about the RX350 as he walked us through many of the features after we got the car. So overall very good, except the car should have been washed and cleaned up before we got there. In-N-Out was almost closed be the time we got to Valencia. We would definitely consider your store when looking for our next Lexus. More
