Refusing my refund and calling my wife and I a liar even though he can't produce a single document saying I agreed to that late of a date. This isn't even a car that I ordered. They just suggested a vehicle that wasn't even advertised yet and rushed me to put a 1k deposit down and noted I can get it back if I don't like it. Already reported to BBB and now Georgia Consumer Protection Division. You'll see other victims on yelp. More

Those two made a team that when I came up (75 miles away from Monroe Co) to see the vehicle for the first time, I was able to spot it across the parking lot. This automobile was. explain to me honestly, and completely beyond any experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I have never bought a Mazda anywhere else, and after this experience that will not change. Basil was the best to work with doing the paperwork and closing. He was a pleasure who not only provided me with upfront, honest answers, but gave me more than what I even asked for. the three make the best team of ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle and I have to say you would be making a mistake to not go and look these three up on your next purchase. Elysia encouraged me to drive several models and helped me take cargo measurements to make sure which cars would work best for my job. Elysia and her managers also took the time to locate the revised Insurance Institute crash test data to show me just how amazing Mazda performs compared with its peers. This dealership tried to convince me that ALL dealerships are charging $2,000 over MSRP “market adjustments” currently. I almost accepted that as true. Just by chance, I called another nearby Mazda dealershi are charging $2,000 over MSRP “market adjustments” currently. I almost accepted that as true. Just by chance, I called another nearby Mazda dealership and found that some area dealerships are still sticking by MSRP without inflated retail prices. I saved myself $2,000 with a phone call. The sales staff at Mazda of Roswell are slippery and dishonest, ready to lie and beat up customers to get as much money as they can. More
