Good and Not So Good My husband wanted a gently used Ford Flex and one turned up at Paramount Kia in Asheville. We went there and Tristin Traver helped us. He did everything in his power to make the sale go smoothly. There was a problem with the car not starting and needing a jump and during the test drive the heat came on and wouldn’t go off. Tristin dropped the car off at Repairs to have it fixed and it took quite a bit longer than we had expected. We ended up being there 4 hours. But once the problem was solved things went smoothly. Tristin even put gas in the car. More

Amazing customer service My car was broken when I came to the dealership. So I needed a new car Nathan got with me over the phone and we talked a little bit about it and what My car was broken when I came to the dealership. So I needed a new car Nathan got with me over the phone and we talked a little bit about it and what my wife and u were looking for in a car. We came to the dealership on Wednesday and Nathan showed us a Soul, Sportage, and the Niro. We both tested all of the cars to see how they felt and Nathan wasn't pushy he was asking us questions to figure out what we liked about each car and what we didn't like. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his willingness to help us find the perfect solution. When we got to making a deal Aaron gave us a great deal because he believes in customer satisfaction I greatly appreciate it. Finally Brian was our finance guy and made sure that we knew what was going on we also joked a lot about the office and parks and rec. My wife and I had a great experience and sincerely appreciate everyone's hard work and effort. They also stayed an hour past closing time which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Nathan as a salesman. If you go buy from there let him k ow that Michael Lutz sent you and we still love our 2019 kia Niro. More
