It is superior to all other dealerships in price, selection, sales personnel, and service. My wife and I just bought our second car from them. After searching all the dealerships in this part of North Carolina, we bought a 2018 Optima from them last summer. This summer we decided that we needed a second car. We started all over again with another thorough search of the various makes and models available at all of the dealerships in the Asheville-Hendersonville area. And we ended up coming back to Paramount Kia of Asheville. Just like last summer, they had the right car at the best price. Last year, we worked with Michael Newman. This year, we consulted with him, but he was so busy that he turned us over to Francis Calkins, who fully met all of our needs. They even sent a man on a special run to Shelby, North Carolina, to obtain the spare tire that we ordered—a two-hour trip one way! More

I am happy to say that is not the experience we had with Jodi, Jordan and Aaron. We just leased our third car and I can see us staying with this team for future purchases. The experience of purchasing a car means more to me than the actual vehicle. When a problem arose with our second car, not only did they make sure we were taken care of but went above and beyond to make sure our third car fit us like a glove with color, price and comfort, even when it meant going out of town to get the perfect car for us. This team is sincere in treating the customer right, getting to know what is really wanted, what will fit the budget and will stop when there is a concern. I felt like I could trust what came out of their mouths and that they were not going to push me into anything that I did not really want to do. I used to dread looking at vehicles, but not anymore. Good and Not So Good My husband wanted a gently used Ford Flex and one turned up at Paramount Kia in Asheville. We went there and Tristin Traver helped us. He did everything in his power to make the sale go smoothly. There was a problem with the car not starting and needing a jump and during the test drive the heat came on and wouldn’t go off. Tristin dropped the car off at Repairs to have it fixed and it took quite a bit longer than we had expected. We ended up being there 4 hours. But once the problem was solved things went smoothly. Tristin even put gas in the car. More
