I drove 45 minutes to look at a car that I had talked to the sales person about and when I got there, another sales person sold it out from under me and from my sales person. It was just bad sales practices the sales person about and when I got there, another sales person sold it out from under me and from my sales person. It was just bad sales practices. My sales person wasn’t happy about it when I found a different car online and asked about it while he was there. They tried to upsell a bunch of packages that were already in the car some sort of window shield, and some antitheft device. I’ve never bought a car where they weren’t charging me the price on the sticker or less. It was ridiculous. I will never recommend Honda Kenosha to anyone. I know I thought their practices were shady. More

I've been dreading going to literally any dealer for a vehicle for quite some time and have been putting it off out of nerves for the whole experience and my lack of knowledge over the whole process. I've always had hand-me-down Honda's but I've been driving around an 06 CRV with 230,000 miles and am now pregnant & was desperately in need of something more upgraded, safe, winter friendly, and baby ready. Aaron H. was our sales consultant and literally made the entire experience SO pleasant. It was truly the unicorn experience of being at a dealership. My husband & mother in law were along with me and we all agreed how exceptional the whole process was working with Aaron. I never once felt pressured or on guard. He's a real gem & I’d recommend him to anyone. (Thanks Aaron!) We then worked with Adam A. the financial manager, who was just icing to the cake of the whole experience. He was also very kind, patient, & truly genuine in our interaction. I felt like both of these gentleman were so very authentic. I had wanted to check out another vehicle at Toyota, but to be honest, after seeing the 2026 Honda passport combined with the customer service…. It honestly felt right to just close the deal. Our decision to buy timed out near to store closing time but no one ever made us feel rushed despite the fact that I know every human wants to leave work when their day is done. I live in Cary, IL but honestly, my experience at this Honda with Aaron and Adam was so pleasant and wholesome that I would drive the distance for service needs to be with such a trustworthy crew. Nice work Kenosha Honda! I’ll be talking about this experience for a long time & recommending you all to anyone looking for a vehicle! Thanks for taking the fear and stigma away from this process.
