The sales people that I've dealt with over the years have not been pushy like many other area dealers which is good for me because sometimes it can take awhile to come to a decision. This time most everything went well as with most when buying a car and for someone who has bought at this dealer many times I feel that I got a little shorted on my trade. The one thing that can be improved on is the time that it takes to get through the delivery process. Many times over the years I've been told we can have you out of here in 20-30 mins and it always takes 1 hour and sometimes even more. I did give this dealership 5 stars overall because I have had good sales people to deal with and they take good care of customers after the sale. They are much better then the other Honda dealer in my area that to say the least has gone down hill ever sense they sold from locally owned to a out of state dealer owned. More
