He was very attentive to our needs and sought to find just the right car to match our wants. We found him to be relaxed and entertaining as he worked with us. He has a naturally outgoing personality.and though, by his own admission, he was fairly new to the job, he took care of us, more than satisfactorily, and found for us the car we liked and ultimately purchased. His mentor, Aaron Miguel, provided excellent assistance in order to close the deal. He made us and I believe P.J. feel comfortable as we began the negotiation process. Being a former teacher and high school principal, I was attuned to the fact that Aaron left P.J. alone to work with us up until it was time to begin the negotiation process at the end. Then Aaron appeared to assist him and us. My wife and I were very impressed with both gentlemen. The management staff at Zimmerman Honda is to be commended for hiring and hopefully keeping these men on your sales staff. Aaron obviously is well-seasoned and quite knowledgeable. P.J. is just a beginner, but obviously has learned a great deal in the short amount of time he has been with you. Both of those men have excellent people skills. We left yesterday with a new car and very good feelings about how well we were treated. We thank P.J. and Aaron for showing us respect and dignity. My wife and I shared many laughs with P.J. while we were together. Bravo to him, to Aaron, and to your management. It is obvious that management has prioritized the importance of training sales staff that it is critical to build and ultimately maintain a relationship with customers.
