Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated, waited about an hour and twenty minutes to get it done. Once I left the lot I heard the “wubwubwub” noise coming from my car. I drive the 9 minutes away to about an hour and twenty minutes to get it done. Once I left the lot I heard the “wubwubwub” noise coming from my car. I drive the 9 minutes away to my house and get out to find a screw lodged into my rear left tire. I immediately call service and speak to the rep who helped me. She told me to come back in and that they will take a look at it. I come back in and she gets a service tech to check it out. He says it is too close to the sidewall to patch it and I need a new tire. After he says that the service rep (who was great) says that after speaking to the service manager about my situation... I kind of stop her and say “wait are y’all trying to say this is my fault” she defers to her service manager so I just ask to speak to him. I go and speak to the service manager (Aaron Muller) and he says it is more likely I picked it up on the road than in their shop as they don’t leave nails around (it was a screw). I have the tire and rim warranty so I really don’t care and I let them know but the principal of the matter is they are trying to get away from something that is their fault. I even went as far as to just say I just want some admission that it is more likely that they did it and he says “so you want me to lie?”. I tell him he’s already lying and he ends the discussion there. Again all I even wanted was to have some decent customer service and have them admit to it being more likely. The rep I spoke to was very nice and so was the sales process but the service manager has soured me to the place. More

Horrible job. Unbelievable how they can hired a staff like supervisor and manager without professional and responsibility for their fault . I give them all the responsibility for my car when I drop my ca like supervisor and manager without professional and responsibility for their fault . I give them all the responsibility for my car when I drop my car off then after 5 hours I came to pick my car up which all dented and scratched but they said that is not their responsibility for when I asked them to check back with the security camera to see what was happed and they ignore it to me like I am just an Asian guys don’t know much English and they can treating me. I should call the police to do the report then. I will file a claim . This is my first time their and ever. Very awful and horrible place for unprofessional just like low class acting! More

My First Car!! I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. The car may look small, but it is very spacious. It’s packed with so many great amenities, to I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. The car may look small, but it is very spacious. It’s packed with so many great amenities, to name a few; remote start, apple care play, Honda link, and excellent sound system! Overall I am happy with my choice of joining the Honda family! More

Just No Bought a new 2019 Odyssey from Leith six months ago. Before the first service interval, the vehicle has had a major electrical failure that has left Bought a new 2019 Odyssey from Leith six months ago. Before the first service interval, the vehicle has had a major electrical failure that has left it almost inoperable. Over the last week, the electric ignition has failed to start the vehicle several times and left my wife and kids stranded, with the kicker being the electric locks failing to work,leaving a baby stuck in the car. All this being said, the earliest service appointment I could get was a week out. At this point the vehicle is unsafe at best, so I decided to take it to Leith Honda in hopes of getting worked in sooner and getting a loaner vehicle. Being a brand new vehicle, I assumed it was the least that could be done. Long story short, Leith Honda refused to help in any way, both service and sales departments. I was told the best I could do was bring it back in another four days and a determination could be made on a rental vehicle then. So my family is left with an inoperable vehicle on labor day weekend, with Leith refusing to help in any way. Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop elsewhere. This is without a doubt my last Honda and the last time I ever buy at any Leith dealership. As soon as this xxx is fixed, I'll be trading it in for a reliable vehicle at a dealership that values its customers. More
