Customer brought his vehicle to us for warranty work. Before repairs, our service manager noted the damage on his vehicle. Customer claimed damage was caused while here, so we recommended he contact his insurance company. He also listed three Sales Managers in his review; none of us spoke with him and one was even out-of-state. He was also angry that he did not receive a birthday car wash. He did not purchase his vehicle from us, so he was not eligible for that wash. Our staff was professional at all times.

Nope! You guys are lying people around here. I was asked to have my car washed after a recall service done and you guys did washes with something make my car dented and scratched all over. At the early I drop off my car was very clear. Nothing happen to mine. The lady come out and talk to me never mention about anything of my scratching if it was there by that time we should see that! Let do something higher class than this man! Don’t telling lie to people ok? I will file claim with the business consumers bureau. There are 2 guys we’re talking to me and a lady whom say they are supervise and maneger with I don’t know their name. They can’t prove that it is their fault either by review the camera or doing something else to investigate what were happen with my car within their responsibilities for. One again, before you telling lie for st you have to double check and think first ,ok?! My birthday was 6 months ago already and I bought my car was brand new with 42k$ payed off at the same time, don’t you think I need your 20$ free car wash?and you guys did washed my car as every single service but just like it never get it washed , that’s a treating to customer o also cause when they call me to pick up they said my car was Being done after washing and asked me to come picked up for 15 mins after that. Don’t be lying and discrimination as I’m an Asian . All I need is just let me know what we’re happened to my car by the time my car were at your shop with all the scratches and dented ?!
