They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question with honesty, and provided expert guidance without ever making me feel pressured. Their professionalism, knowledge, and patience made a difficult decision much easier. I walked into the dealership expecting to simply browse my options, but the process was so smooth and efficient that I drove home in a new vehicle the same day. From the test drive to signing the paperwork, the entire experience took about four hours—the fastest and easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would be taken care of by Aaron Shepard. After a week and no word from anyone we called. Amazingly enough a loaner vehicle is now ready for pick up the next day. We show up - no loaner is ready. They searched through 5 cars and tried to give us one with no gas. Oh it gets better......after a week they call to say my car is ready. I go to pick it up and nothing on the bumper where the damage is was touched. They were like, "the scratch on the side was fixed"....and of course I'm like what???? Aaron Shepard was not available as he left for the day. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not blame the employee that rear-ended my car. Mistakes happen but Aaron Shepard's job is to make sure that they are corrected. He failed. More
