The main reason I continue to do business with Shingle Springs Subaru is the staff. Namely: Aaron Sherer. He has always been honest, forthright, and an amazing customer service agent. He is friendly, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Too, he is hands on with any questions I may have -- including AFTER my purchase. Too, Claire Barnett is perfect in her position -- never made me feel stupid with my questions. I totally recommend this dealership. Subaru is an awesome car and only gets better. More

Gave her a very good deal on all her cars and went the extra mile. I knew once my lease ended on my Toyota, my next car would be a Subaru from Shingle Springs Subaru. Brett Brophy and Aaron Sherer were incredible. What would normally take 2 hours at a dealership, took less than 20 minutes. The deal was signed, sealed and delivered with no hassle. Between my mom and I, five Subaru's! I would definitely recommend Shingle Springs Subaru. And will give them my business in the future. More

Once we had done our homework and ready to get serious the process was smooth from start to finish. Originally we spoke with Aaron which was a very nice no pressure experience. Then when we came in to make the purchase Tim was there and walked us thru the process. Obviously we had to work with Brett which was an experience in itself! He was great and very upfront with everything. Last but not least was the crash course with Claire. . . We liked her training style of which was to give info but at any time we could interrupt with a question. So glad she gave us her business card but most likely knowing that she may regret having done so. We felt like the entire experience was professional/family oriented. We have much to learn with our new Outback and welcome our new member to the family. More
