I have lived in Ohio my entire life, fall here is the best. Graduated from Ohio State and Muskingum College so I identify as a muskienut.-Just kidding. I love to laugh and can find the humor in just about anything. I love my job, I've met so many lovely people. I enjoy helping people find a vehicle that they love and take pride in knowing that they have received great customer service. Fine service Very unimpressed with the customer service. This process took over 2 weeks, when it should have taken a couple days. Was promised being called back wi Very unimpressed with the customer service. This process took over 2 weeks, when it should have taken a couple days. Was promised being called back within a couple hours multiple times and that never happened. If i did not repeatedly take initiative and call and bother them, this car purchase never would have happened. Planned to leave and buy from Dennis Hyundai multiple times. Will say though, Case and Abby were OUTSTANDING and very helpful; the negative review is more aimed towards the sales managers that I dealt with. More

New purchase 2017 Hyundai Again the purchase was made great.. More than all we expected in our new car. Great first new car purchase experience!! I searched, selected and was given a quote online. I was greeted promptly and able to test drive 2 vehicles and make a purchase in 2 hours.
