I found a 2019 Ram 1500 that I wanted to look at. Kyle worked to get the truck moved from their dealership in Englewood to Colorado Springs and kept me updated along the way. When I got to the dealership Abby was my sales representative. She was awesome, she answered all my questions on the history of the truck and about the truck and she never tried to push me or persuade me, which is a big deal to me. I like to sell myself on big purchases, I don't like to be pressured. They gave me a fair trade on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, a little more than market value estimates but a little less than I would have liked, like I said, fair. The entire experience was the shortest experience I've ever had at a dealership which I owe to Kyle and Abby just being incredibly easy to work with and me already knowing what I wanted. For as long as I am in the Colorado Springs area I will always recommend Springs Auto Group, Kyle, and Abby. More
