I would say the customer adviser needs to get more training. But I like it when I received a video from mechanic.. They need to provide at least breakfast, till 10 am. Went in on Saturday 3/21/26 for my first service on my brand new 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy, Everything went pretty smoothly until I received my car back and drove home only to realize the following day (t brand new 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy, Everything went pretty smoothly until I received my car back and drove home only to realize the following day (the next time I used the car) that my car was profusely leaking oil because the service technician that worked on my car installed THE WRONG SIZE oil filter!!!!! Came very close to completely ruining this brand new lease due to gross negligence from someone who is supposed to be a professional. Not to mention this all resulted in me having to pay $160 out of pocket for what was supposed to be a FREE first maintenance!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO SERVICE YOUR CARS!! More
