Leo was great but Acton Toyota's service reps are always forced to compensate for the issues the mechanics often cause. Case in point, I get dropped off at 7 am to pick up a car that was "ready" which then forced to compensate for the issues the mechanics often cause. Case in point, I get dropped off at 7 am to pick up a car that was "ready" which then wasn't ready after I already paid for the "ready" car. After looking at the "ready" car it was determined that close to $900 additional was needed to make the car actually ready. I sat around the dealer the entire morning since I had no other way to get to work. I bring my car to Acton Toyota despite the higher cost, because I expect a higher level of service. That hasn't been the case recently. More

Staff was friendly and efficient. The service was completed as requested. Very reasonable price. Comfortable waiting area. The wait was a little longer than expected (2 1/2 hours) but still easier th completed as requested. Very reasonable price. Comfortable waiting area. I worked with Leo in service . I came in and he was and he was promptly at my car welcoming me. It just got better from there . I brought in my kia no appointment. They had a filter in stock. I was in and out without delay. That little guy always had a smile and a cute little giggle. I will always bring my cars there after this experience. More
