Leo was great but Acton Toyota's service reps are always forced to compensate for the issues the mechanics often cause. Case in point, I get dropped off at 7 am to pick up a car that was "ready" which then forced to compensate for the issues the mechanics often cause. Case in point, I get dropped off at 7 am to pick up a car that was "ready" which then wasn't ready after I already paid for the "ready" car. After looking at the "ready" car it was determined that close to $900 additional was needed to make the car actually ready. I sat around the dealer the entire morning since I had no other way to get to work. I bring my car to Acton Toyota despite the higher cost, because I expect a higher level of service. That hasn't been the case recently. More

Staff was friendly and efficient. The service was completed as requested. Very reasonable price. Comfortable waiting area. I worked with Leo in service . I came in and he was and he was promptly at my car welcoming me. It just got better from there . I brought in my kia no appointment. They had a filter in stock. Who would of he was promptly at my car welcoming me. It just got better from there . I brought in my kia no appointment. They had a filter in stock. Who would of known. I was in and out without delay. That little guy always had a smile and a cute little giggle. I will always bring my cars there after this experience. More
