I actually enjoy coming in for service. I love it when the service door pulls up when I drive up. Someone is jolly on the spot to meet me and send me to the service coordinator. And I get to read in the the service door pulls up when I drive up. Someone is jolly on the spot to meet me and send me to the service coordinator. And I get to read in the waiting room. For me, that's like being on vacation. They even have little swing out table tops so you can rest your book, or cup or whatever. There's a WI-FI room and TV, vending machine. It couldn't be much better if they came to your home. More

I was extemely pleased with how Acton Toyota took care of my car. It was at Acton Body Shop for repairs, and the people there scheduled my maintanence service with the Service Center and delivered my car for my car. It was at Acton Body Shop for repairs, and the people there scheduled my maintanence service with the Service Center and delivered my car for me so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth to Watertown. When I picked up the car it looked beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised that the inside had even been cleaned. The bottle of water was also a nice touch, as Rt. 2 was a parking lot heading back into Boston. Thank you Acton Toyota, I'm glad I bought my Yaris from you! More

I went in for scheduled maintenance. The adviser let me know that they were ready to do the recall work, and said if I didn't mind taking a free rental, they'd have it complete by the next afternoon saving know that they were ready to do the recall work, and said if I didn't mind taking a free rental, they'd have it complete by the next afternoon saving me another visit. I've been going to Acton Toyota for 3 years now, and have been very pleased with the service. When I wait for the car, they have a waiting area with coffee and wireless 'net access so the time waiting isn't lost. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and courteous people helping out. More

Service department works very smoothly, from arrival to write-up to paying and pickup. And when I wait for the vehicle, I can get a lot of work done with free wifi in a quiet room. They offer, through the special program a variety of items, services you can get with the "bonus" points from service spending. Easy to use and things you would acrtually use or want: wiper blades, car rentals. Sales has been the easiest to deal with, veru little haggling. Use the internest service and you can eapect to obtain the best price around. More

I'm alway comfortable about leaving my car for service at Acton Toyota (I forgive them for moving to Littleton). I feel the service managers and technicians will be thorough in checking out the items due for Acton Toyota (I forgive them for moving to Littleton). I feel the service managers and technicians will be thorough in checking out the items due for service and noticing any other potential problems. I am very grateful for this since I don't know all these things about the car. They are always cooperative and helpful about answering questions and suggesting things that I might have forgotten or overlooked. I thank them for that. The new facility is absolutely beautiful. I remember car repair shops from the 60s and 70s, and by comparison, this one is unbelievable. It's really very efficient the way the cars are moved into the service area. If only rush-hour traffic were so efficient...! More

I have bought 3 new cars from Acton Toyota over the last 20 years and have been taking them in for service during that time. They are very professional and I have always been pleased about the work they hav 20 years and have been taking them in for service during that time. They are very professional and I have always been pleased about the work they have done. Often times I come in without an appointment because some problem has come up and they have always been able to perform the work at that time, and they always seem to have the right parts in stock...very convenient. Their new dealership is amazing and they really go out of their way to accommodate their customers with a very nice waiting area and even a cafeteria that provides a free breakfast or lunch while you wait. I know of no other dealership that does that. If you are looking to buy a Toyota or have your car serviced, I highly recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton. More
