I bought my car there and had a good relationship with the dealer. I have always had my car serviced there and would not take it anywhere else. The service is extraordinary with a comfortable waiting ar the dealer. I have always had my car serviced there and would not take it anywhere else. The service is extraordinary with a comfortable waiting area, as well as breakfast or lunch. The service personnel are very informative and helpful in explaining any processes. More

Very friendly and professional service. Quick, clean and easy to do business with. Throw in the cafeteria and WiFi access while you wait and it surpasses 'good'. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius from Acton Toyota in 12/07. Today, I brought the car into the facility without an appointment to address the accelerator pedal recall and was in and out of the shop in a 12/07. I had been anticipating this being a hassle to take care of and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get this fixed. From the moment I walked in the door, to the complimentary burger upstairs, to getting professional service the whole time, I was very impressed. Acton Toyota certainly has their act together and goes the extra mile to try to take care of their customers. More

Neil Schartz was excellent in his customer service with me! He greeted me as I got out of my car, took me right in (calling me by name) and then served me in an efficient and friendly manner. I bought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in December of 2004. It was a previously used by one of the dealership's salesmen. I have had nothing but good rapport with Bob Moran's dealership. He does everything possible to make those of us who wait for our cars extremely comfortable. From the TV to the WiFii room to the coffee and refreshments to full breakfasts and lunches. Every employee I have been in contact with has been pleasant and courteous, especially Leo. I may be looking for a later model Highlander this summer and Acton Toyota of Littleton will be my one and only shopping stop. More
