I am 22 years old and have a huge passion for cars. Ever since I was a little kid, cars have been a big part of my life! My mom can tell you stories of me being in a car seat and saying the names of all the cars as they drove by. Currently, I drive a Mustang, a Jeep, and very soon a Subaru will join my driveway, which I am very excited about! I have been with Subaru of Gwinnett for 4 years now. I originally started out in our service department as a porter, where I learned to love the Subaru brand. After a year of learning the product and talking with our customers, I knew this was my home and I pursued the opportunity to move into sales. I wake up every day excited to get to work and share the Subaru experience with new customers!

I brought my 2018 Subaru Legacy in for about the 5th time due to a dead battery. I bought the car in September 2021 from Adam in sales. He was great! Because of continued battery problems, I replaced the b due to a dead battery. I bought the car in September 2021 from Adam in sales. He was great! Because of continued battery problems, I replaced the battery in November 2021. The car only had 19,000 miles on it. A week ago, I left a detailed voice mail for the so-called female service manager over my continued problems. Crickets, she did not even have the curtesy to return my call. Would never recommend this dealership for service. More

Subaru Gwinnett is the "hands down" best for customer service satisfaction. They are attentive to your concerns regarding your vehicle and ensure that your concerns are adequately addressed. The waitin service satisfaction. They are attentive to your concerns regarding your vehicle and ensure that your concerns are adequately addressed. The waiting areas are quiet, neat and clean and you can always refresh with coffee, water and /or a healthy snack that they provide. Their Wii fi is super easy to access. By the time I open my laptop, settle down and get some office work done, the service person is greeting me with a smile to say that my vehicle is ready. By the time I reach my vehicle, they've run it through their car wash and vacuumed inside. What's not to love about Subaru of Gwinnett! More
