From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with all the care and consideration one would hope for when purchasing a vehicle. The entire experience was flawlessly executed with expertise that can only come from highly trained, motivated people WHO ACTUALLY CARE. We reached out to Adam after being treated poorly by 4 other dealers (including the one I work for). Adam was patient and very informative and helped us out of our tricky situation, whilst making the entire process incredibly easy. He was completely relatable and was great with our 9 year old son. In fact everyone in the dealership was. Our initial trip in, they even let him sit in a Corvette in the show room while we talked numbers. After not initially being able to secure the payment we were looking for, Adam was able to get us there within minutes. Martin Chevrolet must really care about their customers. Adam was a complete professional and made this the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, or even heard of. The sales manager Phil was awesome and super wonderfully helpful. The finance manager James, was fast and efficient, while still keeping things light. The whole paperwork process took under ten minutes. All in all, this was a completely home run for Martin Chevrolet. My only advise to management would be to keep on doing exactly what you're doing! Couldn't be happier with Martin, or our new vehicle. More
