Another great service experience! When I originally bought my Altima, I had a deal already done with another dealership, but they didn't have the color I really wanted, so I settled. I called Luther wh bought my Altima, I had a deal already done with another dealership, but they didn't have the color I really wanted, so I settled. I called Luther when I got home, and they said they didn't have one either, but they would find me one.....and they did! I cancelled my deal with the other dealership, and bought my car at Luther. That has been the kind of service I have gotten used to at this dealership! I brought my car in for service yesterday, and when I walked in, the service guys said "hi Doug"...how do they know my name, xxxx, I haven't been there often enough for them to know It! Car runs great, and it's washed after every service visit. This is a 100% top-shelf organization. As long as this service team is in place, I know my car is going to be taken care of. I will absolutely buy my next car from this dealership.....from top to bottom, you guys rock! Doug Dean More

I bought a Corsa Blue Kia Optima SE Turbo last year from this dealership. The experience was great, no games played and I love the car. Had an engine light coming on due to a problem with the Turbo waste va this dealership. The experience was great, no games played and I love the car. Had an engine light coming on due to a problem with the Turbo waste valve not being adjusted properly. A service bulletin was out on it. I had to bring the car back to leave it overnight so the engine could be completely cold, a loaner car was provided, and it was fixed the next morning. Adam does a great job with customer service. My car was returned washed, vacuumed, and looked like it did when I drove it off the lot almost 1 year ago. My experience has been nothing but positive with this dealer, nice job! More

Have been to Luther Nissan Kia for oil changes every 3-6 months for the past two years. They have great service. Greet you promptly and on time for appointments. They are friendly and honest. They offer additional services, but don't hassle you if you refuse. I always wait in the lobby and it usually takes way less time than I anticipate. I always leave with my car in much nicer condition than it was when I arrived. The complimentary car wash and vacuum are a definite draw! It is a drive down to Inver Grove Heights, but worth it over the closer chain quick lube place, mostly due to the great service. They have also successfully lured me back with repeated phone calls offering great deals. More

I made an appointment to get two recalls fixed on my 2006 Kia Sportage. I was told the recalled item would correct my ESC OFF light and differential light that has been on for the last month. I asked about it because I drove an hour to get there. In my mind get it all done the same day Everything went smoothly at first everyone was friendly and helpful. Dropping my car off and getting the loaner car went fabulous. I was told it would take four hours to fix, no big deal, so I took a day off of work. I pulled into the parking lot and there was no where to park the loaner, so I ended up double parking. I went in thinking it would go quickly and I would be on my way back to Wisconsin. Boy was I wrong...after waiting ten minutes for her to take care of the phones I signed my car out gave her the loaner keys and asked for mine. She insisted she would have someone bring it to the front for me. After twenty minutes of waiting I walked to my car, no one has even attempted to bring me my car. I walked back into the service area and asked for my keys. Another ten minutes goes by. Come to find out my keys were in the same place they were almost forty minutes ago. When I started my car the ESC and Differential light was off, so I was happy. The next morning I started my car both the ESC and the Differential light were on. Needless to say I was disappointed. I called the service department and asked what to do. He said I would have to bring it in again and have diagnostics on it. Now the reason I am giving a not so good rating is because of the following. 1. I asked about the lights and was told they would be fixed due to the recall, and they are still on. 2. Trying to pick my car up was the worst service I have ever had because I ended up having to do myself after waiting for over forty minutes. 3. How do I know they even fixed the recall? They want to charge me 95 bucks just for the diagnostics. When I was told the problem would be fixed. If my car would have been fixed like they said, I would have let all the bad stuff slide. I just wanted what I was told, nothing more, nothing less. Now I just feel like a girl who is getting taken advantage of by another car dealership. More
