When I come in to Luther Nissan Kai the service center staff members are always nice. No one pushes anything they just want to help you maintain your car. They are open to suggestions and respect your opi staff members are always nice. No one pushes anything they just want to help you maintain your car. No one has ever buried me in up sale talk and I have yet to hear one lose their cool with a disgruntled customer. The group overall feels even tempered and professional. More

Needed oil change and had questions about a couple unusual noises relating to my vehicle. Information received from Adam Bistodeau after the technician had done a test drive did validate that one of unusual noises relating to my vehicle. Information received from Adam Bistodeau after the technician had done a test drive did validate that one of the problems was still under warranty and would be replaced. The other issue was noted for work to be done at a later date to resolve it. Appreciated the shuttle ride to work and the pickup shuttle after work to get my vehicle at the end of the work day. I was in an hour within the hour that the service rep estimated. That in my opinion was great I hate being told about one hour and I'm still waiting two hours later. Second great thing was the actually told me what was making a noise when I turned my steering wheel which was not the reason I came in for. Adam actually went as far as to tell me I could have the Firestone service rep who made the repair call him for verification. This was more than I expected. More

We highly recommend Luther Nissan Kia and give it the top rating. Joe Ray (used and new car salesman) is the best ever! Every time we go in for servicing Greg, Scott and Adam treat us like very important customers and better yet, like old friends. We have come to trust and really appreciate the honesty and the fine job that the mechanics and everyone involved in the Service Department does. When Joe Ray would see us there he'd always ask if we were having any problems with our cars. When we told him we were just there for servicing he would inquire if we were interested in trading or getting something new/different. If we weren't, he was never pushy and was always so very friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. When buying there is never any haggeling or unpleasant games. It is a pleasure to do business at Luther Nissan Kia. In the past we got a Hyundai from another Luther dealer. We could have had free lifetime oil changes there, but we like Luther Nissan Kia so much more that we paid to take the car there instead. Overall Luther Nissan Kia is an above average dealership, both for finding your perfect car and then for keeping it well maintained. M & D Lee More

Service is efficient, explained very well and not "pushed" into anything extra. The service managers explain exactly what they will complete that day and any future recommendations. Took my 2013 Sorento in because gas nozzle kept kicking off when trying to fill the tank. They discovered it was a problem with the tank which Kia knows is happening to some Sorentos. They had to order the off when trying to fill the tank. They discovered it was a problem with the tank which Kia knows is happening to some Sorentos. They had to order the parts and advised they will provide me with a loaner car when I drop it off again for the service. Advisor said service will be under warrenty. It took almost an hour and a half to diagnose the problem but Adam apologized for my wait when he came to advise me of the issue. Great service! No complaints here! More

My sales person, Sue, was terrific; the best experience I have buying a car and I've purchased several in my life. She was knowledgeable, service centered, checked in with me throughout the process, listene have buying a car and I've purchased several in my life. She was knowledgeable, service centered, checked in with me throughout the process, listened to my needs and was patient to test drive several vehicles with me. There was no pressure to purchase and instead I found a desire to help me find the best vehicle for my needs and price point. It was a really great sales experience. The vehicle I purchased had the "check engine" light on at the time I took possession and Luther Nissan Kia corrected the problems (there were several) at no cost to me. The service I received from Adam Bistodeau was exemplary -- best in class. I previously was receiving service at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka (the location that sells Mazeratis) and the service there, albeit good, was not even close to what I experienced with Adam. He deserves a bonus, a raise and a promotion. My first oil change was complimentary. Overall, a fantastic experience with a dealership that knows cars but most of all, knows customers. More
