In for a long overdue oil change. Greeted by Eric and processed quickly. Also greeted by Adam who is an incredible service advisor. The entire service staff is always great. I have been a customer since 2001 and currently have my fourth Nissan from Luther. Scott Nemitz has been my prefered service advisor the entire time. In for an oil change and service again, and the service again is consistantly professional, friendly and not pushy at all. Was kept informed of the process multiple times during the visit, and didn't have again is consistantly professional, friendly and not pushy at all. My experience at Luther Nissan Kia has always been a great one. With the exception of the cost of repairs, which is what is expected anyway at dealerships, the customer experience is great. Whoever was your contact person for repairs or services will always make you comfortable the moment you walk through the doors. And if you asked for it, they can give you a discount as a valued customer, which was something I enjoyed today from Adam. And the last visit, I also had a free oil change. More

I did not have an appointment but they were still able to take care of my car in pretty good time considering they did not have the tires I needed for my car at the shop.
