i purchased the vehicle from Luther and started using the service department for maintenance. The service has been stellar from the first time I used Luther and that has continued. Came in for my 30,000 mile service and expected to be waiting for a couple of hours. It only took about an hour. The service is great and fast. I will always bring my car here for service. I brought my KIA Sorento in for routine service/oil change and a programming change to the auto lock feature. Sevice technicians were courteous, attentive and professional. We had two recall notices to be addressed, and asked for a general charging/electrical systems inspection and replacement of a foglamp and tail light bulbs. Adam B. met my wife and I, accepted two mailer a general charging/electrical systems inspection and replacement of a foglamp and tail light bulbs. Adam B. met my wife and I, accepted two mailer coupons without question, and listened to our request for charging system analysis. The car was promised to be ready by early afternoon. We received a phone call from Scott N. advising us of power steering and transmission fluid flush needs. We declined primarily due to cost we weren't prepared to adsorb at this time. Scott accepted our decision without any additional sales pressure or insistance. I appreciated that very much. Scott called again a short while later to inform us that the repairs were complete. The time was around 2:00 pm. We arrived at the dealership about 3:00 pm, and were met by Kathy in Accounts. She was very organized, efficient and friendly. Scott brought the car around (freshly washed) and we were on our way after spending about 10 minutes on site. My wife (who does not care for repair shops, dealers, or much of anything to do with auto purchase or repairs) loves Luther Kia. That's saying A LOT. Keep up the great work folks! We'll see you again soon. More

Great dealership. I bought my car here and will only bring it to this dealership. I was in a car accident and state farm asked me to use one of their "preferred" dealers. Instead i drove 25 miles with a bring it to this dealership. I was in a car accident and state farm asked me to use one of their "preferred" dealers. Instead i drove 25 miles with a busted rim to Luther kia (i would not recommend you do the same). That's how much I trust these guys and it proved to be a smart decision. My tires were cheap and i got a discount on my oil change. I came back later for a mess in my car that proved to be an accidental spill (from a drink i left in my car while they were repairing) and they cleaned it right up. Great service great people, do business here. More
