I was born in raised in Vermont. I have been married since 2015 to a beautiful wife and my 17 year old son who plays lots of sports and keeps dad busy when he is out of work. I played professional tennis for 3 ½ years until then finding myself back home after an injury. I have been in the car business since 2009. Started off selling cars and worked my way up to management. I have done a few different roles in Management, all from Finance, Floor Manager, to Sales Manager and now General Sales Manager. I have a passion for this business, and that is talking with customers and being part of a very important purchase in their lives. It’s a special moment and that’s what keep me in this career! Working for the local Handy|Luneau family-owned operation is what it's about here in St. Albans, I love it, Vermont itself is a small community and the people are wonderful! Gabriel was very friendly, always smiling. He was great at making sure I understood what I was signing, he was also great answering all my questions I had. My car broke down Monday and I test drove a car Thursday morning and by the end of the night I was signing papers for my new car. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a used car facility and Handy's made it INCREDIBLY easy! I was looking for a 2020 or newer Toyota Tacoma Trail Edition in the Cement color. I am from PA, an car facility and Handy's made it INCREDIBLY easy! I was looking for a 2020 or newer Toyota Tacoma Trail Edition in the Cement color. I am from PA, and noticed Handy's had two 2021 Tacomas in stock (one quickly sold). It was worth the 700 mile round trip! Leandro was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in question. He answered all my questions about the out of state purchasing and was really clear about the paperwork/items needed for purchase. He also politely transferred the license plate holder from my car to the new truck. Nick was very helpful with all the paperwork when I arrived. He clearly explained everything I was signing and answered all related questions. When he went to file some paperwork, he offered me water and coffee. While I was making my coffee, another associate, Adam, approached me and introduced himself. He shook my hand, thanked me for making the trip and then thanked me for my business. That was extremely nice to hear! Shout out to Krista for quickly mailing the title to the Auto Tag facility in PA so that I could get the vehicle registered! Overall, I think that many used car dealers (as well as other businesses in general) could learn a thing from Handy's! 10/10 would recommend! More
