Great , Easy and Informative . Our required service was an airbag recall on our 2010 Mazda CX-9. I just wanted to let every who dealt with my wife and myself ( Bill and Jennie ) w Our required service was an airbag recall on our 2010 Mazda CX-9. I just wanted to let every who dealt with my wife and myself ( Bill and Jennie ) was very polite and knowledgeable about all questions put to them. I really liked the text update as I was able to plan my day and still get information on the progress of our vehicle. I'm sorry but I can not remember the main representative ( lost his card )at the repair center that helped me but he very knowledgeable, good listener, great at his job. Please make sure that he understands that his efforts were greatly appreciated. I have only used the service center but if the sales department is as good as the service I will be back. Thank you. Everyone was very professional to work with despite Luther's closing technique. Be prepared to end up in the finance office, with documents presented for signing, prior to knowing details of financing, Luther's closing technique. Despite the Carfax showing no accidents, there have been little things I've noticed to indicate the vehicle was in a major accident. Driver side headlight is newer than passenger side, the insignia on the trunk are of different ages (brand name new, and one letter of model is newer than the rest). It would be great if the dealership would take responsibility for their products. The response I got regarding the previous damage to the front end was generic, "We only know what was shared with us about the vehicle." They have the resources of dozens assumed professional body repair and mechanics. You can't tell me that they didn't recognize the indicators of previous damage. I can only hope that they were responsible and thorough with their own inspection and repairs, making prior damage a non issue. This was my second purchasing experience with Luther, likely my last. More

50% of the people who helped us were fantastic! The other half we found to be very less than satisfactory, unfortunately. After working with the same sales representative for three car purchases over the cou half we found to be very less than satisfactory, unfortunately. After working with the same sales representative for three car purchases over the course of 12+ years, there was a commitment made, in writing, in our contract that he tried to pull back on a month later and spoke to us in a very demeaning way. Fortunately, three people who were very helpful got involved, and corrected his wrongdoing. Shoutout to management, finance, & service!! We will continue to buy From Luther, but never again from the sales representative we have used for over a decade. More
