Formal Complaint Regarding Recall Service and Unprofessional Conduct I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I had Unprofessional Conduct I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I had an appointment for a recall repair last week. I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. and did not receive any updates throughout the day, which is unusual based on my past experiences. Around 2:00 p.m., I called to check on the status. I was told the supervisor was busy and that my car was being worked on, but the response was given in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. No one returned my call. I called again around 4:00 p.m. and spoke with Elvis, who was extremely unprofessional and spoke to me disrespectfully. At the end of the call, he said I could pick up my car. When I arrived, it was already closing time. I politely asked what had been done to my car and what had not. At that point, Adam came over and explained the situation professionally. However, once I left and started my car, the same issue was still present, meaning the recall repair was clearly not completed, even though the paperwork stated that it was. Since I was busy the next two days, I asked my husband to call on my behalf the following day and send pictures of the issue. No one returned our calls for four days. Without our knowledge or consent, an appointment was scheduled 10 days later, on a date when I was not even in town. When I called to cancel that appointment and asked if an earlier date was available—since the issue had never been fixed—I was again spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner. The appointment was never rescheduled, and the original appointment was never canceled, despite my request. I continued receiving messages about this unwanted appointment. When I called again to ask why it had not been canceled or rescheduled, I was treated rudely once more and told that Elvis did not have time to talk, even though I had not asked to speak with him. At this point, my main concern is simple: My car has a recall issue that was not fixed, yet the paperwork states that it was. Additionally, the lack of communication and repeated unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I am requesting: A proper recall repair completed as soon as possible Clear and respectful communication A review of the conduct of the employees involved I expect better service from a dealership I have trusted for many years. Can’t say enough about this group. I was looking for a certain non-Toyota car and was frustrated with quality of interactions from sales folks. My wife loves Spitzer (particularly jame I was looking for a certain non-Toyota car and was frustrated with quality of interactions from sales folks. My wife loves Spitzer (particularly james in service who is a customer service legend) for how she has been treated in sales and service. She finally had enough and forced me to go to Spitzer. Wow! What a difference. Our sales associate Adeel was incredible! He was patient, listened to what I wanted and we had a conversation about cars that would fit that weren’t even on his lot. In the end he found us a car that had most of what I was looking for a lot less money than cars I had looked at on other lots and he even came in on his time off to accommodate our tight schedules. Great guy and an honest salesperson who was fun to work with. Kyle in finance was friendly, honest, and got us a great deal. I’ve dealt with a lot of finance guys who will do anything to sell you packages you don’t need at closing. Kyle had a conversation with us to show what was offered and what it would do and I felt I was with an advisor, not a high pressure salesman. This is a dealership that invests in relationships. Highly recommend this group. More

Excellent sales experience! Our recent experience was awesome. I came in, not actually expecting to buy because I thought we'd be too upside down on our trade. We would up coming out even, even though I had other dealerships offer much less. We were looking at two levels of one model and Ryan provided print outs of the differences in payment, for both financing and leasing. He explained the benefits of leasing, which we were leaning toward anyhow, and so that's what we went with! He wasn't pushy in any way. We needed to leave shortly after the process was complete, but I was told to come back the next day so he could point out some of the features in my new vehicle. Overall, an excellent experience! More

Makes you feel at home. Found the used vehicle on the website and it was priced to catch my eye. Decided to drive there to take a look and was greeted as soon as I walked in but wasn't pressured in any way. Told Doug what I was looking for and within minutes we were finding the vehicle and reviewing taking a test drive. No hassles, no BS, just straight facts and numbers, just how I like to deal. Worked with me on what I needed and got the finance where it needed to be. First time there and hopefully not the last. Doug made the transaction easy and it was like I knew him for a while even though we just met. Thanks Doug for the great experience. More
