I was told the part was in stock and would be put on in 2 days. I went to the appointment to have the part installed was informed that it wasn’t painted yet and had to drive to the paint shop to give them th days. I went to the appointment to have the part installed was informed that it wasn’t painted yet and had to drive to the paint shop to give them the color of my vehicle. The garage couldn’t do it for some reason. Was told it would be ready the next day and would be called. Never happened! I called a week later and it was finally ready. This was not customer friendly at all. I have no idea who Nick is , I dealt with Elvis. More

Alignment and oil change went well. They should have told me my lights were swelled and should be replaced. I had issues getting them off went back two days later and they explained s They should have told me my lights were swelled and should be replaced. If I had a flat on the side of the road I would have not been able to change my tire. More
