FYI-You all almost lost a sale. First time I reached out to your dealership I spoke to Will Lastrapes. I explained to Will that I live in Chattanooga, which is over 2.30 hours away a First time I reached out to your dealership I spoke to Will Lastrapes. I explained to Will that I live in Chattanooga, which is over 2.30 hours away and would like to see a video or face time. I never heard from Will again...never received a video, so I assumed that the car was no longer available or it was in horrible shape. A week later this car kept appearing in my search and my husband said that we should try to find out what was going on and if it was still available. We pulled up your website and read about Fred Farmer and all of the positive reviews. We contacted Fred and within 10 minutes, Fred was showing us the car via face time. We were please and well you all know the rest. If it was not for Fred we would still be looking be looking for a car. Interestingly enough Will Lastrapes sent an email “thanking me for allowing him to help me in my car buying decision.” I’m not sure on how your commission is set up but I would give 100% to Fred. .
