Adam is the nicest person to work with! He is so down to earth and caring. After writing a one star review on google regarding my poor experience with Kelly Ford the manager, Adam Hoyt, threatened me when I arrived at their dealership to refunded my 1k down payment due to a very poor experience with Kelly Ford the manager, Adam Hoyt, threatened me when I arrived at their dealership to refunded my 1k down payment due to a very poor experience. Adam told me, "if you leave anything less then a 5 star review on any social platform then they would no longer service my girl friend's car and fire the contract worker who referred me". I highly suggest not doing business with them and his actions are unconstitutional. I reported the incident to Ford and hope that this doesn't reflect the nature of a company that Ford does business with. The First Amendment protect Freedom of speech and his actions are the opposite of what America stands for. More

The run around started when my brand new car was delivered withbody damage. Salesman Gabrielle acknowledged the damage occured before they delivered the car- through the clear coat and base coat and delivered withbody damage. Salesman Gabrielle acknowledged the damage occured before they delivered the car- through the clear coat and base coat and told me to call Service. Service Advisor said to call Gabrielle. His story kept changing (3 different times)-- finally ending with he will send me a touch-up kit to fix it myself. Thinking I bought a brand new car and not a DIY autobody project I asked to speak to management, was told I need to speak to Adam Hoyt. I called FIVE different days, receptionist Crystal politely paged him (he never answered) and promised he would call me back that day. He never called back. And now a month later - the DIY paint supplies never arrived as promised. A simple problem was made far more annoying than it need be by ignoring the customer as soon as the check is cashed. Next time we hear Brian Kelly on TV, you should know he is really saying "How's that for making it sleazy!" More
