We traveled 3 hours to St Louis to purchase a New Nissan Pathfinder. After 3 dealerships we landed at SUNTRUP because they had 1 new PATHFINDER ROCK CREEK in a color we love!!! Called ahead of time spoke to Pathfinder. After 3 dealerships we landed at SUNTRUP because they had 1 new PATHFINDER ROCK CREEK in a color we love!!! Called ahead of time spoke to Adam Sears! We arrived and Adam was such a pleasure. Wonderful young man! No pushy, very respectful of your time, and amazing to work numbers with. He did not try to over sell and took our offers seriously and was just so great. Not once did he make us feel like we were with another leech'y car salesman! We got the vehicle we wanted. We agreed on Terms. They were VERY receptive to our offers and a deal was made. Did not feel like we were forced to do anything! THANKS ADAM!!! Adam was an amazing salesperson. No pressure, but provided me with full information on the 2 cars I was trying to decide about—one not even at Suntrup! I was test driving a car and hit someone (not at fault) had to buy the car damaged even though it was not my fault. I was told I had autostart on my keys, it does not work but other than that everything is had to buy the car damaged even though it was not my fault. I was told I had autostart on my keys, it does not work but other than that everything is good. There are just small things. I didn't get exactly what I wanted and I am over my budget. After I told them, nothing could be worked out. Other than that the car is good. More
