Adam (sales rep) and Mike (manager) are liars, dishonest, unprofessional, and impatient. Very quick to make a sale, instead of providing honest information in order to make an informed decision. I found out afterwards they made up income when they asked to run my credit to get me approved. I spoke with Mike, their leader and he either didn’t believe me or he supports this kind of shady sales tactics. Either way, I traded into a VW Atlas. I feel way better doing business with honest people. I’ll be reporting Subaru to Attorney General and DBPR. More
