I walked into Heritage Toyota and Adam Safford came out to greet me. He was a perfect salesperson -- friendly, easy to talk to, knowlegeable, down to earth,--well, to put it in a nutshell--perfect! The car we got is great but the staff were not. We saw someone test driving the car we were buying after we’d already made a deal and were waiting on the paperwork, not a huge deal but then when we We saw someone test driving the car we were buying after we’d already made a deal and were waiting on the paperwork, not a huge deal but then when we mentioned this to our salesperson he lied about it and said his colleague was just gassing it up. This was a blatant lie, we heard the other sales guy tell the other customers he made a mistake and the car was sold. The entire experience took over four hours to buy the car even though we only did two short test drives. The car had a dent on it that wasn’t disclosed and we were not given a chance to carefully look over the vehicle. He ushered us inside as soon as the test drive was done. When we finally thought we were able to leave the sales guy climbed into the passenger seat, leaving my husband out in the cold and then having to sit in the back instead, and forced us to download the Toyota app when we were clearly not interested.
