Had eyesight calibration and 18k service done. They also washed it. Service advisor was friendly and car was finished quickly. Much better than the dealer I bought my car from! washed it. Our new Ascent was experiencing issues with the frame and struts. Each one failed, but not all at the same time. One would be fixed and next would start making noise. Kenosha Subaru made each repair over se struts. Each one failed, but not all at the same time. One would be fixed and next would start making noise. Kenosha Subaru made each repair over several weeks and I once again have a noise free car. When it continued happening, the service agent finally arranged for a loaner car and had both front springs replaced to have it done. Good people. Friendly, kind and the man who washed my car before pickup, made sure it was spotless. More

2018 Forester Maintenance review I did receive a 36,000 maintenance on the Forester I purchased from Kenosha Subaru in 2018. I was asked if I wanted to spend another $200 for brake & I did receive a 36,000 maintenance on the Forester I purchased from Kenosha Subaru in 2018. I was asked if I wanted to spend another $200 for brake & differential fluid when I arrived at the service center. Seemed high for fluid replacement! Because of COVID I sat outside on the sidewalk. It might be nice to put a few lawn chairs out there for customers...? More

TERRIBLE SERVICE - DON"T GO THERE WORST SERVICE. I took my car in for some issues with rust spots on my Forester that is only 2 1/2 years old so it was under warranty. They said it wou WORST SERVICE. I took my car in for some issues with rust spots on my Forester that is only 2 1/2 years old so it was under warranty. They said it would take 2-3 days. It took 3 weeks! Not once did they call me during the delays. I had to call them for updates. I left 2 messages and never got a call back. They said they were waiting for a part but I said I couldn't wait any longer so I would pick up me car and they could call me when the part came in. I asked that they clean the inside of the car since they had it so long and so many people would have been in my car at this point. They said they would wipe it down and wash it, when I picked it up none of that had been done. To top it off the paint repair is awful. I can see the pit marks where the rust was. STAY AWAY! More
