First service on my 2024 Silverado truck for software update and air leaks from one tire lead to a missing center cap on the suspect wheel. Dealer ordered a replacement as the missing part could not be found. Second service ( new vehicle) for oil change and tire rotation was okay. Still had air leak in same tire as noted earlier. Dealer found a tire pressure valve sensor as the problem and replaced it. Should have determined the problem cause in earlier visit. Based on my 2 visit experience I can only rate them as a 3 . I purchased the 2024 Silverado from this dealership and this was my first transactions with this Chevy dealership. More
