I was searching for a Lexus IS 300 F Sport. Blue with red interior for about a month. I had numerous bad experiences while on our search until my husband and I found that exact car at Rallye L Blue with red interior for about a month. I had numerous bad experiences while on our search until my husband and I found that exact car at Rallye Lexus online. My husband called the dealer to see if the car was still available, and Susan answered the phone. She was very polite and super helpful. My husband explained to Susan the type of car we were inquiring on and she immendiately dispatched us over to the salesman, Ted Mitchell. Ted made sure to answer any questions we might’ve had about the car and he kept continuous communication with my husband and I. He was very clear on the pricing and made sure that we were comfortable with our payments. He even went as far as literally going out to the car while we were on the phone to check if the car had navigation. Mind you all of this transpired over the phone since we live in Newark which is about an hour and a half away from where the dealer is located. The next day, we drove to the dealer and everyone welcomed us as if we knew them for years. Made us feel at home immediately. Ted greeted us and introduced us to Adnin Baig, finance manager. He was also pleasant to work with. He made sure to explain every document before I signed and made sure my husband and I understood everything. A car buyers dream is always to have a great experience when they are buying a new car, and at Rallye Lexus the employees are determined to make the customer feel exactly that. I will definately recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a car reach out the Rallye Lexus. I want to truly thank Ted, Susan, and Adnin for all their help.
