The last time that I visited Tynanns Nissan for a service, I felt utterly and completely ignored. No where should the customer have to check in with the Service Desk on numerous occasions in order to service, I felt utterly and completely ignored. No where should the customer have to check in with the Service Desk on numerous occasions in order to find out the progress on their vehicle. However, this time the Service Bay Reps got it right. I was informed of the progress on my daughter's car and kept in the loop as to the parts, price and time frame for the completion of the work. Much better job this time around! Lastly, my daughter is driving the vehicle and when she starts it up there is a rattling noise until she gets the speed up. Unfortunately, I will have to take the vehicle back to Tynanns for a third visit sometime in the near future. More
