I came in for an oil change at 10:10 am. They told me 1hour and 45 minute wait. Then I had to call them to inquire about the service inspection. Then they sent me the inspection and I decided to change t 1hour and 45 minute wait. Then I had to call them to inquire about the service inspection. Then they sent me the inspection and I decided to change the air filter to which they told me the wait on that would be 20 minutes. Now it's 2:22pm and NO filter was installed. I am extremely disappointed in their quality of service. I've been coming here for years and never have I experienced such terrible service. They should have taken care of the complete oil change, but they only discounted 10$ off. I shouldn't have paid them a penny but guess who doesn't have time to argue, me because now I have to rush to pick up my kids from school. I will NEVER return to this Nissan Service center!!!!!!! More
