It's demonstrated from the point of sale, through the ease of completing the business side, and continues with exemplary service. Ali, a consummate car guy, asking the questions necessary to make sure I found the car that I wanted. When an RS5 Competition became available, he made sure I saw it immediately. The car did not disappoint. Sven helped me complete this latest contract and was terrific. Another car enthusiast, he was a pleasure to work with. The service department has always been very responsive to my needs. Lately, I've been working with Tony who helped me resolve some issues with my previous RS5 and I'm sure going forward I won't be disappointed. Overall, another great experience with Audi Burlington. Derek handles the service on both my Q7 and S5 He takes care everything prior to me dropping off one of my vehicles all the way until I it’s time to pick it up. I don’t have to worry about a thing.
