I had a 1:00 appointment (and I was early). Service adviser said car would be ready by 3:45. My wife and I waited in the very cold waiting area. At 4:45 I went out to the service desk. Only 2 p Service adviser said car would be ready by 3:45. My wife and I waited in the very cold waiting area. At 4:45 I went out to the service desk. Only 2 people were there and after one of them looked around for my paperwork, it was found. No "so sorry" or any exlanation given nor was there any explanation on the service that was performed. Steve Enriquez, has always been so helpful when my car has needed service. He always goes above and beyond. He is great at his job and always is so helpful. Recently my car was in his care and he had H has needed service. He always goes above and beyond. He is great at his job and always is so helpful. Recently my car was in his care and he had Hyundai replace my whole engine at no cost to me. He is very good at explaining what is going on with the service. Not only that Steve always supplies a loner car or a rent a car for my use. And again no cost to me. I would recommend anyone to purchase a Hyundai from Temecula Hyundai, Hands down they have been GREAT with sales and service (I purchased my car from them in 2017 from Leo their sales man. He was great too.) Thank you very much for being so great at your job. More
