We were disappointed and inconvenienced when we took our car in for a repair. It took them a while to get it done. We had to use a much smaller vehicle without hybrid. Then when we picked up the car th car in for a repair. It took them a while to get it done. We had to use a much smaller vehicle without hybrid. Then when we picked up the car they scratched the paint on the hood. Now we’ve been waiting over a week to get the Hyundai loaner we requested so we can get the hood painted. There is also a lack of communication from the service advisor. We usually have to call him back because he doesn’t follow up. We’ve been going to this dealer for years and the service has really plummeted. More

Took my car in for what I thought was a minor electrical issue. Turns out it was a major electrical issue due to rodent damage. Before I could have a panic attack, they assured me that this type of damage issue. Turns out it was a major electrical issue due to rodent damage. Before I could have a panic attack, they assured me that this type of damage is typically covered in a comprehensive insurance policy which thankfully I had. Did not have to do anything further except file the claim. They worked directly with the insurance and made the process as painless as possible. They even arranged a loaner car for me since I had no other transportation. More
