This was my concern while shopping, I said I expected numbers to be as discussed and agreed prior to visit and they were. I can buy a VW anywhere but I will purchase at a location that is clean, simple and straight forward. They are. Our new VW was ready when we exited finance, Adrian set up out app and went over all the features of our NEW VW. Very happy. We were at the dealership less than 90 minutes and that included having a few accessories that I found with help from Brien Akers in parts to our purchase before leaving.
