Extremely pleasant when you first drop off your vehicle, then it becomes a money grab. Last time I was in there, I was told that my rear brakes need to be redone and needed new rotors. because I have a work then it becomes a money grab. Last time I was in there, I was told that my rear brakes need to be redone and needed new rotors. because I have a work vehicle, I left my personal vehicle parked instead of doing the brakes right away. One year later, I go to the dealership to have the brakes done and they told me they are fine. I also brought it in for the concern of coolant, boiling out of my coolant reservoir. I was told that the mechanic could not get it to boil out. I came home and verified that it does. I asked them what the cost would be for changing the thermostat and I was told over $500. I’m a man, but I will not be bringing my vehicle or purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. More
