I brought my truck up there because the air conditioning went bad while it was up there I asked for some nails to be taken out of my tires and my tires repaired. I asked if the tires got repaired they said yes I came up there to pick it up. I did not even check. I drove off a lot when I got home, I saw the nails were still in the tires. I did a survey and rated you guys as a two.Then I had somebody. (Who might be reading this) call me and offered to come pick up my truck upon my convenience so you guys could once again repair my tires whoever that he would give me a call on a certain day and time, and he did not. We picked out are vehicle and from there we were closing on the deal 30 minutes later I was sitting with the finance manager, Draco’s who is a great guy closed are deal and picked up delivery of are vehicle and left the dealership one hour and some change and I was on my way home . I’ve purchased several vehicles in my time and this was my best experience by far. The salesman was on my level and I felt very comfortable with Anthony with my personal information just an outstanding experience. I will 100 percent recommend mall of ga ford to my friends and my family. I want to say thank you , the only reason I’m even doing this review is because I’ve been sucked into to bad deals in the past with everything from finance to buying a car with problems and I’ve never had that experience with mall of ga ford .
