During my recent visit to this dealer, I had a bad experience. I took my 2024 Ram 3500 for an electrical problem, but they didn’t fix it, and it ended up causing another issue. They took forever to ge experience. I took my 2024 Ram 3500 for an electrical problem, but they didn’t fix it, and it ended up causing another issue. They took forever to get back to me—about a week. When I returned the truck for the unfixed problem, they again delayed their response. Eventually, they told me the technician had collided with my truck and another car. I requested a rental truck while mine was being repaired. When they fixed the paint, it didn’t match the original color at all. Also, some of the advisors didn’t make me feel welcome. I don’t recommend this place at all. More

POOR service. Went to get my second vehicle serviced with an appointment and waited an hour to find out they hadn’t even brought it back yet so I left. Purchased my second vehicle and they sent me out with the wrong second set of keys. Who does that? Lol. 3.5 hours away so they mailed me the correct key fob untracked in a simple envelope and it never arrived. Tried contacting salesman but he will not respond. Typical Hayes experience. More
