Service not performed I took my Pacifica in on Tuesday to have a headlamp replaced, new wiper blades installed, and my car washed and vacuumed. I asked for all these and w I took my Pacifica in on Tuesday to have a headlamp replaced, new wiper blades installed, and my car washed and vacuumed. I asked for all these and watched the service representative write them down. Discussed prices for each with him. Left my car. On Thursday afternoon I was called and told it was ready. I picked it up on Friday. I am going out of town tomorrow. When I went to get in my car it had not been washed or vacuumed. I didn't have time to go back and have this done. I am very disappointed that such a minor thing was not taken care of by the service department. I have purchased my last two cars for Hayes. I have sent friends and family there to purchase vehicles. I have all my service work done there. How can you screw up such a simple request. More

Trust and Confidence The service department at Hayes is above top notch. Adrian White to me is by far the most Trustworthy and knowledgeable service adviser at Hayes. Took The service department at Hayes is above top notch. Adrian White to me is by far the most Trustworthy and knowledgeable service adviser at Hayes. Took my 2015 Ram 1500 in for vibration at speeds above 60 mph. They did a balance and that didn't work. Took the truck back and found that two tires were bad. Replaced under warranty. If there is a problem with your vehicle Adrian will find and fix it. Adrian has serviced all my cars. Journey, Ram and now a Chrysler 200. Go see Adrian White More

Oil change in my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup My service advisor Adrian White has been my advisor for at least 11 years. He has advised me on my 2003 Dodge Diesel 2500 and now my new 2015 Dodge Ra My service advisor Adrian White has been my advisor for at least 11 years. He has advised me on my 2003 Dodge Diesel 2500 and now my new 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi. My 2nd oil change on this truck was not the best oil change. After I left the dealership my check tire pressure warning light came on my dash. I checked the display panel and the rear tires had 65 psi and the front tires had 55 psi. I had no warning light when it went to the dealer. I calld back to the dealership and left a message on Adrian's telephone. After arriving home several hours later Adrian called me and after discussing the low tire pressure light we determined maybe the technician adjusted it for a 1500 pickup and not for a 2500. All he had to do was look on the door to check the correct pressure. After that phone call I went down and checked under the hood as I do after every service on my vehicle. The oil was the correct reading on the dip stick. After I shut the hood I looked under the truck as I do after service and I discovered that when the technician took the old oil filter off there was a lot of oil all over the bottom of the motor,steering arms,frame and dripping on my garage floor. I called back to the dealership and by this time it was around 5:20 pm and I left a message on Adrian's telephone about what I found. I thought the new filter was bad or spewing oil out the side of the filter. Waiting for Adrian to call me back I went upstairs and got my key and flashlight and came back down and started the truck up and crawled under the truck and could not see where the filter was leaking. This was a relief for me. A little later Mark Chitwood service manager called and asked me if he needed to send out a tow truck to bring my Dodge back to the dealer to check out what happened. I told him I thought it was o.k. to drive back the next morning. He even stated he would send somebody out to clean up the oil that was dropped on my garage floor. I told him I would clean it up when I came back home after they had looked at the truck. The next morning I drove back to the dealership and on the way back I check the oil pressure gage as I was driving. I then check the life of the oil before next change and found that the technician forgot to set this back to zero. I met with Adrian White and Mark Chitwood after the technicians cleaned up the oil that came out from the oil change.They reset the oil to life gage back to zero and filled my tire pressure to 70psi. That's what I like while driving around town. We met the technicians who worked on my truck and found out the authorized technician was training a new employee but my problem is that the authorized technician was not training him correctly or not showing him to clean up oil spilled when changing oil and resetting the oil to life gage and tire pressure correctly. After I got back home I wonder how many other oil changes they have not cleaned up oil spilled after you take the old filter off. I will continue to go back to this dealership because I trust Adrian White and Mark Chitwood advice on my service needs. We knew exactly which vehicle we wanted when we walked in the door but never expected the service, knowledge and friendliness that we received. Awesome Dealer!!!Why did I go L*n*MarK??? In 2014 I bought a Journey from Hayes and they were great, but 3 Months ago I went to another dealer and I was PUT(forced) in a 15 Ram 1500 Reg Cab. B In 2014 I bought a Journey from Hayes and they were great, but 3 Months ago I went to another dealer and I was PUT(forced) in a 15 Ram 1500 Reg Cab. Blue Streak V8 5.7. Good truck , but not what I wanted. Over priced and High interest. I sent a email to Hayes Lawrenceville to see if it was possible to trade in this truck and get into a Quad or Crew cab truck . Ernest called me and Set up and appointment. Went in late looked at a few trucks . Couldn't finish the deal so I went home with the promise he would work on it and call me back the next day. A few texts later he said the deal was done. He gave me the stock number for what i was approved for and at first I was not happy. It was a V6 with no hitch and grey. NOT happy. He said come in and you will be HAPPY. I went in and saw the truck. It was beautiful. Silver Crew cab with running boards , hitch, back up camera, Bluetooth. The best part is they lowered my payment $50.00 and 3.9 %. WOW. The lady in Finance was great ....no AWESOME!!! She is Bonnie Barr THIS IS MY DEALER FOR THE REST OF MY NATURAL LIFE.!!!!! YOU GOT TO COME SEE ERNEST OR ANY OF THE OTHER HAYES FAMILY.. YOU'LL GET TREATED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. More

MY 2014 CHRYSLER MINI VAN Dion Gilbert: Is a man of his word. I had a problem with the 2014 Chrysler 2014 Mini van I brought from Hayes and when I brought it back the next day Dion Gilbert: Is a man of his word. I had a problem with the 2014 Chrysler 2014 Mini van I brought from Hayes and when I brought it back the next day to showed Mr.Gilbert the problem He told me what to do and when I wanted the problem corrected Hayes would not do it until Mr. Gilbert got involved and the problem was corrected. What ever you think of a sales person this one stood by his word. I would buy another car from him because his word is his bond. You could trust this man I would. So far very pleased with this car Its my second mini van from Hayes of Lawrenceville I come all the from Kennesaw to this dealer for all my service needs also. Their service department is excellant. This was the only problem I ever had with this dealer and it was rectified. Now their isn't any problem. More
