Awesome Dealer!!!Why did I go L*n*MarK??? In 2014 I bought a Journey from Hayes and they were great, but 3 Months ago I went to another dealer and I was PUT(forced) in a 15 Ram 1500 Reg Cab. Good truck , but not what I wanted. Over priced and High interest. I sent a email to Hayes Lawrenceville to see if it was possible to trade in this truck and get into a Quad or Crew cab truck . Ernest called me and Set up and appointment. Went in late looked at a few trucks . Couldn't finish the deal so I went home with the promise he would work on it and call me back the next day. A few texts later he said the deal was done. He gave me the stock number for what i was approved for and at first I was not happy. It was a V6 with no hitch and grey. NOT happy. He said come in and you will be HAPPY. I went in and saw the truck. It was beautiful. Silver Crew cab with running boards , hitch, back up camera, Bluetooth. The best part is they lowered my payment $50.00 and 3.9 %. WOW. The lady in Finance was great ....no AWESOME!!! She is Bonnie Barr THIS IS MY DEALER FOR THE REST OF MY NATURAL LIFE.!!!!! YOU GOT TO COME SEE ERNEST OR ANY OF THE OTHER HAYES FAMILY.. YOU'LL GET TREATED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. More

MY 2014 CHRYSLER MINI VAN Dion Gilbert: Is a man of his word. I had a problem with the 2014 Chrysler 2014 Mini van I brought from Hayes and when I brought it back the next day Dion Gilbert: Is a man of his word. I had a problem with the 2014 Chrysler 2014 Mini van I brought from Hayes and when I brought it back the next day to showed Mr.Gilbert the problem He told me what to do and when I wanted the problem corrected Hayes would not do it until Mr. Gilbert got involved and the problem was corrected. What ever you think of a sales person this one stood by his word. I would buy another car from him because his word is his bond. You could trust this man I would. So far very pleased with this car Its my second mini van from Hayes of Lawrenceville I come all the from Kennesaw to this dealer for all my service needs also. Their service department is excellant. This was the only problem I ever had with this dealer and it was rectified. Now their isn't any problem. More

Their hospitality and attention to detail are outstanding, from sales to service and beyond. My most recent sales experience with Shavon Malakius was outstanding. After doing my internet research and calling the dealership, she had waiting for me the perfect vehicle. I also had the privilege to meet and speak with Dusty Hayes. He spent a great deal of time with me thanking me for my continued patronage and gives me the history of the dealership. Excellent purchase experience. I found that JP Kim was very attentive to my needs and to the detail of the vehicle. If there was something that needed attention, he didn't waste ti I found that JP Kim was very attentive to my needs and to the detail of the vehicle. Also I would like to mention that he introduced me to the Service Manager, Adrian White and the New car prep Manager, Walt McCart, both were of course very pleasant to meet. I of course met with Derek Langley, the Business Manager, who I spoke to about financing. Derek has a wonderful personality and easy to speak with not just regarding the financing of my vehicle but everything in general. I feel everyone at Hayes should be commended for an Excellent buying experience for the customer and from my perspective everyone I met was very accommodating! I'm happy to recommend Hayes! More

My young adult daughter is the owner of a 2002 PT Cruiser, and I bring her car in for all repairs including oil changes. My service advisor is the best (Adrian White). Whenever, I have a question, concern, or problem with my daughter's vehicle, immediately, I would call Hayes Chrysler and asked to speak with Adrian. In most cases, I would begin (after being transferred),"Adrian, this is Mrs. Spencer calling to say I heard this strange sound or my daughter's car is driving rough, what do you think is going on with her car?" Of course, he would asked me a few cars to get a better idea of what's possibly wrong with the car, then he would tell me what made be going and if it's where I need to bring the vehicle in ASAP, he would advise me to do just that. If he is unavailable and assisting another customer, I would leave him a message and he would return my call soon. Throughout my time, I have owned and driven several cars, by different makers, but I must say, the customer service support at Hayes Chrysler, no one could ask for anything better. Not only is my service advisor great, the other fellows in the service department are kind and polite to me as well. Keep up the great work! More

Both Adrian and Frank are very courteous and friendly whether by phone or in person when inquiring about a service issue. I have taken two vehicles(one purchased at Hayes, the other another Chrysler dea whether by phone or in person when inquiring about a service issue. I have taken two vehicles(one purchased at Hayes, the other another Chrysler dealer)there for service over the past nearly six years and have consistently experienced superior customer treatment from both of them. All service options are always discussed with me prior to any work proceeding and also accompanied by accurate estimates of final service cost. They will even calculate the most economical means to pay for services whether based upon the dealership loyalty program or through corporate emailed coupons! I plan to patronize them and Hayes until I need to replace my two vehicles. More
