From start to finish, I had a fantastic experience with Harry Robinson. I spoke with Crystal Morris first who made me feel at ease with all my initial concerns before I went into this. She even accommodated me earlier that planned which was awesome for me. My salesman, Jimmy Ramsey, was absolutely great. I told him what I wanted and what my budget was and he knew exactly what to do. The first car he showed me was perfect, checked all the boxes, and is what I left with. Adriana Burton made sure I knew all about my new car before I left and was super helpful to me since I've never had a brand new car before. All in all, this was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership and I didnt feel like "just another sale". It went much quicker and smoother than I thought it would. I was extremely sad to get rid of my old car, but I love my new 2019 Buick Encore and I couldn't have made this decision without their help. More
