Last time I was at Hatfield Buick it was for an oil change on my 2018 diesel GMC truck. The previous oil change had resulted in oil spilling onto my driveway after I got home because they didn’t adequa change on my 2018 diesel GMC truck. The previous oil change had resulted in oil spilling onto my driveway after I got home because they didn’t adequately clean up old oil apparently. I asked them if they would be sure and be more careful this time and they said they would. Nonetheless, the next day at home I still had oil spilt on the driveway. This makes me not want to use the Service Department at Hatfield Buick. More
