Never drove the vechile off the lot. Check engine light came on at PDI and now waiting on parts. On day 12 without the vehicle I already paid for. Oh, by the way, this is the second Check engine light came on at PDI and now waiting on parts. On day 12 without the vehicle I already paid for. Oh, by the way, this is the second vehicle I purchased in the last 3 months from this dealership. The first vechicle was in the shop 25 days. No compensation as of yet from the dealer, outside of the rental car, which was an ordeal in itself. Stayed super positive and level headed thinking that would help speed the process along, to no avail it took us being super squeaky to get them to care. More

I initially went to the dealership in regards to my advance order for the new hummer EV. While I was there, I had asked Dwayne Champion about a bigger SUV. That might be in stock for transportation of advance order for the new hummer EV. While I was there, I had asked Dwayne Champion about a bigger SUV. That might be in stock for transportation of my family. A couple days later he got back to me and let me know about a vehicle that was available. I came in and took one look at it and found that it was the perfect fit for my family‘s needs. From there the process went quickly. I was able to secure an auto loan and purchased a vehicle that day. The finance department was very efficient and personable. Taking the time to get to know what fit best for me. The aftermarket Jim was able to take care of me and placing a clear bra on the vehicle before I took possession. My entire experience here has been fantastic. I will be returning when my hummer EV comes in comes in. More
