Afiza greeted us, told us a bit about the car, and then let us test drive it by ourselves. Once we purchased the car, she spent lots of time showing us all of the features of the car even though she was extremely busy. Al, the finance person, was friendly and put us at ease. Although spending money and buying a car is a stressful experience (especially since we had walked out of another dealer's showroom earlier that day), our experience at Grand was as stress free as possible. No run around or weird tactics, agreed on a fair price prior to visiting. Test drove the used vehicle and a few things needed fixed, I thought they might have an issue with that or raise the price. Nope - fixed everything no problem prior to purchase. No pressure about warranties either, financing was fast and painless. Would definitely recommend. I live about 30 minutes away but will be traveling for service with the hopes it is as accommodating as the sales side. More
