From my initial call with Afiza to schedule a time to see a car, she was very pleasant. Once we were in to see the car, the whole experience was wonderful and not stressful at all. We didn’t get the high pressure sales tactics like at other dealerships, and I was very pleased with dealing with Afiza, as well as with Brandon in Finance. He gave us the best price by far compared to any other Subaru dealership in our area. He went above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied with our questions and made sure we got the dream car we wanted. He went over the numbers with us, explaining what each one meant. He didn't play any games with us and we didn't feel pressured into adding extra warranties or stuff we didn't need. He did offer it as that's part of his job, but we respectfully declined and that was it. Overall I'd highly recommend Jeff and Grand Subaru dealership. All employees we talked to there were friendly and were willing to help. Linda was great when it came time to pay and go over the paperwork. She carefully explained each one and gave us time to read through (even though it was almost closing time). Afiza was instrumental in giving us an overview of all the features the car had! Never knew car-buying could be this easy! Bensenville isn't the closest dealership to where I'm located, but after getting initial quotes by about 10 Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area Bensenville isn't the closest dealership to where I'm located, but after getting initial quotes by about 10 Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area, I was impressed with how responsive (but not pushy) Afiza was. Her prices were also better than the rest, and she was willing to work with me to get a final price that I was comfortable with. So I visited in person, test drove my ideal car, and got all of my questions answered. Afiza was personable, knowledgeable, and fair. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into something I didn't want. She helped me get the best value for my trade-in, and explained the entire leasing process, since it was my first time leasing a new car. I drove out of the dealership very satisfied and very excited in my new Forester! Thank you, Afiza! More

So we had to sit and wait for about half an hour before anyone else was available to help us. Afiiza was finally able to make herself available, and the experience improved immeasurably! She was friendly, helpful in every way and extremely knowledgeable. She carefully explained what was happening during the whole complicated process of purchasing the car and patiently answered my and my wife's questions. She made a number of add-on products available, but without the high pressure I had been expecting. If I said 'no' that was the end of it. There was a minor issue setting up the Bluetooth interface with my phone. She persisted, bringing in additional expertise until the problem was solved. I've always believed that the true test of an organization or an individual is how they behave when things aren't going according to plan.
