I decided to purchase from this dealership because I had previously gone there for service on my old car and had a positive experience. Overall, I’ve interacted with 4-5 employees and they were all very polite and friendly. I felt that I was getting a fair deal on the car I ended up purchasing (I worked with Afiza) and also felt that the my service advisor (Greg) was upfront and honest, not pushy. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, it is always important to me that I work with people who are respectful and open about what I need done/how much it will cost/if the price is fair etc. and that is my experience here so far. I live closer to other Subaru dealerships (I’ve gone to about 3-4 in the area) but I drive to this one because I like this one the best. More
