It's always known to not go to the dealership because they will take advantage of you, but this location has changed my mind. They were highly capable of diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. I had issues with my warranty company, and my service person Augustin was very knowledgeable in how to deal with them. Even when the warranty company did not want to completely help, Augustin and the dealership went above and beyond and helped me. Augustin was very communicative and transparent throughout the whole process. My only issue was that they do not have loaner vehicles. But, I will be changing warranty companies and I will come here for anything I may need for my vehicle going forward. More

Made an appointment online for factory recall work and provided the recall information. Spoke with the service manager the morning of the appointment to confirm they have the correct airbags in stock. He provided the recall information. Spoke with the service manager the morning of the appointment to confirm they have the correct airbags in stock. He confirmed they had them and it would take 2-2.5hrs to replace both airbags. After 3.5 hrs in the waiting room the technician came out and said they were almost done. An hour later the service manager came out and inform me they were done but they only replaced 1 airbag because they didn’t have the second airbag in stock and they would order it. Very disappointing since I called to confirm the parts were in stock as well as it took half a day to replace only one airbag. More
